MENU SELECTIONS

 

Thank you for your interest in Green Mill's Catering Services.  Our creative staff is ready to assist you with the planning of your special event.  The content of our menu is merely a suggestion.  Our catering consultant would be happy to design a menu just for you!

 

 

GUARANTEE

 

Final meal count guarantees are due 72 hours

(3 working days) prior to all functions. If Green Mill

has not been notified within the time frame specified,

the number of guests expected on the Banquet Event

Calendar Order will become the guarantee number

and the client will be charged accordingly. Green Mill

will prepare 5% over the guarantee specified by

the group.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

New accounts must establish direct billing privileges

with Green Mill two weeks prior to the function

date. Should direct billing arrangements be made in

advance, payment will be required within 10 days

after your event.Accounts remaining unpaid beyond

30 days are subject to a service charge.

 

 

 

PRICING

 

Menu prices are subject to change due to the

fluctuations in market pricing and other factors.

Pricing will be confirmed once a deposit is made

and are good for 60 days thereafter.CANCELLATION POLICY

A 20% deposit or a valid credit card number may be

required upon booking your event. Notice of

cancellation within 72 hours or 3 business days prior

to scheduled event is required. Failure to meet this

requirement will result in either forfeiture of the

deposit, or 20% of the estimated total bill charged to

the aforementioned credit card number.

 

 

TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES

 

All food and beverage prices are subject to applicable

service charges.The service charge is not the

property of any specific employee. Applicable taxes

will be charged on taxable items. Sales of meals to

non-profit organizations and government units and

their employees or representatives are taxable

unless you are an exempt Federal agency. Please

inquire if you have questions.

 

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE CHARGES

 

The Green Mill offers a diverse menu, easily tailored to

fit your function needs. Due to City, State and Health

and Minnesota Liquor Laws, all food and beverage items

must be purchased through the Green Mill.NOTE

 

 

NOTE

 

Green Mill catering policy states absolutely no

banquet food may leave the premises after a catered

function.Any request for leftover catering items

prepared by Green Mill will be denied. Potential

liability lawsuits for food borne illness precludes us

from allowing anyone to remove leftover or excess

catered food from the property.
